About

Sine the establishment of the brand Bradley & Co. in 2019, we have been working diligently and with creativity, to give birth to the furniture that we can truly be proud of, and that last at least 100 years after our life.

We specialize in bespoke fine furniture with solid wood structure. With environment friendly strongly in mind, we use locally sourced material, and use low VOC finish. Off-cuts are stored to be used for small projects as you can see on our “small things” page. We are located in Brentwood bay, BC, Canada.

Tristan Bradley is the heart of our shop. He is a red seal certified joiner through BCIT and 4 year apprenticeship at cabinetry shops in Victoria, Vancouver Islands. He also works as a foreman/manager at a high-end kitchen cabinetry shop in the island. He thrives in a high pace environment where he works with his crews problem solving everyday. He grew up off the grid at a forest where no road leads in Seymour arm of Shuswap lake. He was trained to build timber framing from his young age.

Haruka Kawasumi is from Mito, Japan where she was part of both traditional and modern Fine Art culture. She has worked as a set designer/production designer for film and TV production for 10 years in New York, USA. Realizing that truly beautiful things need to live a long life being handled by one human hands to another, she has shifted to designing solid wood build furniture. She has 2nd year apprenticeship certificate through Fine Furniture program in Camosun College and BCIT.
